Bean-burgers

Just mix a bit roughly:

  • A cup (or more) of ready-to-eat beans, any kind – today I used black-eyed beans
  • 1-2 eggs
  • about 1/3 cup (or less) of flour, f.ex rice flour
  • chopped onion, garlic, spices you like
  • a small amount of water

Blend together and fry  golden brown on medium heat

To this – mashed potatoes & carrots, and fresh greens
