A yellow curry-stir-fry with chick-peas, veggies and basmathi-rice
The curry-mix enhanced with turmeric, ginger, cumin, ground fennel seeds, a pinch of black pepper (for the cumin), and some fresh lemon juice.
And some sea-salt.
